Introduction
Breathing New Life into a Digital Presence
GoUP Online Agency, an online marketing agency in Slovakia, recognized the need to revamp their website to better reflect their evolving brand and capabilities. The existing website had become outdated, and the user experience was no longer aligned with their commitment to innovation and cutting-edge digital solutions.
My role
The Design Lead
As the lead designer on this project, I was responsible for the complete UI/UX design of the new website. This included conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, developing the visual design, and overseeing the implementation of the final design.
Process
A User-Centered Approach to Redesign
My design process began with a deep dive into understanding GoUP's target audience and their needs. I created user personas, conducted competitive analysis and analyzed the current website to identify areas for improvement in the user experience. Based on this research, I created wireframes and prototypes to explore different design concepts and navigation structures.
